Which portals do you integrate with?
Idealista, Fotocasa, Habitaclia, Pisos.com, Indomio and Rightmove out of the box, with two-way sync. We add new portals on request — typical turnaround is two weeks for a standard XML/REST feed.
How does WhatsApp work — is it official?
We run on the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Opt-in flows, message templates, full audit trail, and your branch’s verified business number. No browser hacks, no risk of suspension.
What languages does it speak?
Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Italian and German out of the box. The agent detects the language of each lead and replies in kind. Custom languages on request.
How long is onboarding really?
Five working days for a single-branch pilot. Two to three weeks for a multi-branch rollout, depending on how complex your current stack is. We do the work — your agents do not become "implementation owners."
